Relationship Data:

• Information about people you log and relationship details
• Relationship timelines, status, and satisfaction ratings
• Personal insights about relationships, including AI-generated pattern and severity assessments
• Growth goals related to the people in your life

Security Measures:

• Data encrypted in transit via HTTPS
• Database-level access controls (Row-Level Security) so your data is only ever reachable by you, not other users
• Payment details are never stored on our servers - handled directly by our payment processor
• Limited access controls for our team members

Data Sharing:

We never sell or rent your personal data. We share limited data with service providers who help us operate My HeartStory, strictly to provide the service to you: our AI provider(s) - currently Google (Gemini), with Groq used as a backup if our primary provider is briefly unavailable - to generate your relationship insights and coaching, our payment processor (Paystack) to handle subscriptions, our email provider (Brevo) for account and support emails, and Microsoft Clarity, an analytics tool that records anonymized session behavior (clicks, scrolling, page views) so we can understand and improve the product experience. These providers may only use your data to perform these specific functions for us - never for their own purposes. We may change which AI provider(s) we use from time to time; this policy will be updated to reflect the current provider(s) in use.
